Kim, Shawna, Jana and Priscilla met while working at one of the most successful personal injury and work injury law firms in Whatcom county. With over 55 years of combined experience, they have provided settlement solutions for hundreds of individuals and families facing physical and mental health recovery challenges from injuries they have received.
Clients are not an insurance claim number, clients are real people that can count on K & S to work vigilantly on their behalf. They have the experience necessary to navigate the vast and complex challenges injured clients face so that each can focus on healing their physical and mental health and return to living life.
Shawna Frolich
Kim Davey
Kim grew up in Mt. Vernon, Washington where she graduated from high school and went on to attend Skagit Valley College. Following receipt of an AA Degree from Skagit, Kim moved to Bellingham, where she continues to reside today, with her husband.
Kim has worked in the legal field for over 35 years, specializing in Workers Compensation through working at a local law firm since 1996. During her leisure time, Kim enjoys time with friends and family and often visits local area parks with her dogs.
Shawna is a Bellingham native who attended both Bellingham High School and Whatcom Community College. She loves local outdoor activities, including hiking, boating, and skiing. She also loves family time with her husband, 3 children, 5 grandchildren, and her golden retriever, Baker.
Before going to work at a local law firm in 2008, Shawna worked for 11 years in the medical field specializing in injured workers treatment and rehabilitation. This dual experience gives her a unique perspective, with a mindset to ensure her clients get the treatment they need for a full recovery.
Priscilla Wallis
It is my privilege to join the team at K & S Injury Advocates. I have known these ladies for many years and so admire their work ethics and the attention to detail that they offer to our clients.
As for me, I have many years of bookkeeping experience working in various fields of industry including about 20 years with attorneys and their staff.
Living in Bellingham for almost 25 years I feel blessed to live in such a beautiful part of the U.S. Also, I am a proud grandma of two college students, one with a tennis scholarship.
Jana Zook
Jana grew up in Bellingham and attended Sehome High School until her sophomore year when she relocated to Ferndale.
She has been working for a local law firm since March 2015 where she started as the receptionist and was quickly promoted to legal assistant.
Jana enjoys camping, hiking, kayaking, and spending time with family and friends.
Rylee Gray
Originally from Southern California but grew up in Sequim, Washington.
There, I attended Peninsula Community College until 2018 and transferred to WWU in Bellingham. Graduating in Spring 2022 with BA in Political Science,
I loved Bellingham so much I just had to stay! In my free time, I love to get outside, spend time with my cat, or curl up with a great book and an even better cup of coffee.
Leslie Vasquez
Born in Huntington Park, CA but raised in the beautiful PNW. I am a stay in, take-out and movie, over a night out in the city gal :-). Fall is my favorite season, I enjoy the rain and cloudy days as I craft, draw or hike with my partner and dog.
I’ve worked in various industries as administration/management positions, but nothing like K&S, I love it here! These ladies will Advocate for you in every way possible, it’s truly their passion, and I am glad to be part of it.
I am excited to bring my bilingual skills into helping injured workers navigate L&I.
